Toadstools

This mother squirrel was collecting toadstools and other edibles and taking them back up to her drey where the babies were.

Today started out with rain but as the day progressed it began to clear and we finally had some sun in the late afternoon.

Being Sunday, we participated in church virtually and also watched Music & the Spoken Word.

Tomorrow is Kent’s birthday and so the grandkids can celebrate with him, he had red velvet cheesecake delivered to their house and ours yesterday. Today after our Sunday dinner we all had red velvet cheesecake for dessert as his birthday cake.

Today’s FaceTime with the grandkids was extra good with some fun comments being made by the kids. :-)

Worked on more snowflakes for Christmas baubles - maybe with any luck I can get them finished up this week. I can always dream.
