I have been paying attention to the ego, which different forms it can take. One is that opinions are nothing else than our ego lifting its head. The ego is a sneaky little thing, it can hide behind so many learned ways to behave. It is hard to notice it and that's why I want to learn to be more aware when it is trying to take over. We are not our opinions.
