I see the light!

A relaxed Sunday with church in the morning followed by a last minute decision to go out for lunch. After eating a bit too much roast pork we decided that exercise of some description was needed so headed off down random lanes looking for inspiration. Being a sucker for an old country church we stopped at St Marys in Hamstead Marshall for a look around and were lucky enough to bump into someone who had a key and know something about the history (website). I'm sure i will be back here for more blips in the future as there are spectacular remnants of gateways from a former manor house.
