What Showers

With a forecast of showers and generally duff weather we were surprised to find a beautiful sunny morning. So a walk along the beach was called for - following in the same footsteps from yesterday. it is such a spectacular expanse of sand that I will be happy to be on it every day.

This afternoon, with a fine sunset looking likely, a hunt for the Romney Marshes church that I have seen in various films ensued. Along a narrow lane St Thomas a Becket church stood  quietly in the middle of the marshes. What a setting. It was difficult to choose the best angle (see extra).  Found at last and well worth the search.
