Hanging Around

Someone here has hung these little discs around the village and I saw several on my walk this morning. I’m guessing they’re a substitute for Trick or Treating as you have to take the disc to the address on the back to get some sweets. (I presume it’s all above board as, having read that back, I can see how dodgy it sounds.)
