More grass

A quick walk today dodging the crowds ( didn’t think I’d say that again). Lovely half term weather bringing families out which is so great to see. I must have walked this route lots of times but only became aware of the many many pampas grass plants for the first time. Why so many? Why planted in such a strange place? How much did it all cost? Who notices? But we can’t ask these questions any more?

However they did look majestic in the sunshine with the wind blowing through the grasses .
