Seeing Red

Sorry for the rather random shot (out of my office window) of the viburnum in our garden, it is just an emergency blip. 

For most of today, I've struggled with the company I'm currently working for. They have always been perfectly nice to me, so no complaints there - but the video file of the film I'm working on had massive mistakes edited into it. 

Not once, not twice, but four times today I had to tell them "this isn't right, please change it", and then sit and wait until they sent me another download link to another faulty video file. A massive waste of time, because every change made parts of my work obsolete, and I won't be able to keep my deadline on this project. 

I'll stop my rant here. After all, I had the most lovely company of our cats for most of the day. 

Rani (first extra) has discovered the nest on the scratching post that used to be Nisha's favourite perch. It evoked some bittersweet memories to see another white-and-black cat lying there. 

And Chaiyya slept in the second nest and obviously dreamt of vicious fights (second extra).
