The Moon is an Egg Tonight

Having had a day of many parts I had too much choice for today’s blip. I had to go to Leysin where I took first extra, (still wondering if it is better than the moon) then to Lausanne to get a new passport. I avoided the roadworks on the return journey by taking the lake road from Chexbres to Villeneuve. The vineyards on the lake road are my second extra. I felt like I had gone to a different country there. However, as I turned up towards our village, the moon kept appearing above different parts of the Grand Muveran, looking like a giant egg!
