Action packed morning!

I had a hospital check up today - hats off to the efficiency and down right loveliness of the staff at St Helen's hospital. Whilst I was there a friend sent a message to invite me to join them on a walk on the beach and to meet their new puppy (see extra). It was nice to be out in the open and enjoy some sea air. The main picture was taken on a path near the coast close to where I parked. 
The afternoon was less successful - avoiding writing an essay!
