Post-it notes
An A4 page for each day of the week and post-it notes, each with a task on it, are how I organise my concussed life.
It's easy to pile too many post-its onto each day's sheet of paper. I'm hopeful that as I start working with the OT this week, she'll have suggestions to help me manage that.
The notebook is where I record notes from phone conversations, questions for appointments, and ideas and suggestions.
It's all low tech and easier on my concussed brain than using an online tool like Asana.
