Early morning sunlight brightens some of the scene in a favourite view to the North and West, from Istiane on the Black Isle. A stitched panorama, which is something this lens usually isn't good at, unfortunately. There would have been another photo tacked on the right, but that first one from the sequence was a bit blurry, with a touch of camera shake.

Last week I was cycling in before sunrise, and heading back before sunset. With the clocks changing last week, heading off after sunrise for a short while, and heading home after sunset... for a long while.

Cool morning, close to freezing point, and a soaking on the return cycle journey.
