Gone

Our gutter over the garage was overflowing so we got a plumber out as there wasn't an obvious blockage. It turns out that the underground pipe that the down pipe fitted into had perished. Unfortunately, removing the down pipe repeated the process and so the down pipe couldn't be replaced. Now waiting to be contacted to arrange the repair.
