Silver Screen


I lay in bed listening to the rain. It stopped falling before we got up but when we looked out everything was well and truly drenched, every twig holding a line of water drops. Then the sun suddenly broke through and the backlit drops turned silver and the dark forest further back was hidden.

Lonny and Karin arrived in the afternoon, always a pleasure. Karin gave me a treatment to help mend my shoulder which is improving rapidly. Lonny and I talked distance, online teaching, looking for web tools to put different sorts of card activities he uses in the classroom out online. That search continues.
Late in the evening Lonny headed for home and I settled down to complete my blip before midnight. All-in-all a good day.
