Here we go again…

I had online physio and she ramped up my exercises and gave me a new one so that’s good and then I spent some time on the phone to Fred at CMF radio Recording my monthly radio show DivaDJ

I had to go to the hospital for a scan ahead of a small procedure at some point soon. Can’t believe how many issues with my health I have had this year!

Zebedee finished painting his room and has moved most of his stuff, Erin is here to stay for the night, Max made a delicious vegan dinner and we watched dark shadows together
