Sloe Gin Phase 2

Sloe Gin Phase 2 - Been a busy day today, More work on the Rabbit Hutch which should be finished tomorrow or Friday. Second Job was to bottle the Sloe Gin. We picked them last week and put them in the freezer, We heard about this trick a few years ago, particularly if you pick the sloes before a decent frost. What we did not do this year was remove all the detritus so we had lots of lovely soft fruit that did not require pricking or slicing but did had leaves that needed to be removed. HayHo, I was not in a hurry. I put on a Bob Dylan Album I had not heard of before from the 1973 soundtrack to the Film 'Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid' (need to see if its on Netflix). I then proceeded to get real messy, great fun. As its my night to cook my next job is to prepare and  make a fish curry - I have never had a fish curry so we thought this may be an interesting choice.
