Soup Sorcery

For the last several months we have been subscribing to a Farm Share, where every week we receive a box full of organically grown vegetables from a nearby farm.  We have very much enjoyed this, especially as we never know what will be arriving, and we have been challenged to expand our culinary repertoire when confronted with certain items we are not familiar with!

This time of year means lots and LOTS of root vegetables streaming through the front door.  This afternoon, Mr. W has taken on the task of creating a soup from the contents of our overflowing produce bin.  Looking forward to tasting the results of his epicurean ministrations!
