Interesting, hotels overlooking the sea here look pretty busy (even before half-term). How long for?

They’ve had rubbish weather this week. C’est la vie. That’s how I remember childhood holidays here. We looked forward to summer by the sea. 50% of the time it would be windy, cold and raining. Nowadays visitors invariably have more luck.

Had our walk late morning. Blowy, but not cold.
