Notes: Slept so horribly again, a couple hrs on the couch in fragments. Went to meet Michelle of Butler Hypnotherapy for a consult. Back and little time at the pool. Sue feeling a bit better and sent me an Amazon card. Back and showered, lunch and then laid down w/ Christie Marie Sheldon meditation and slept soundly for a couple hrs. Quiet rest of the night, talked to Al, went out for sunset (great clouds and moon!).
