The little lady

This mini Statue of Liberty stands on an old railroad trestle in the Susquehanna River outside of Harrisburg, PA. I've wanted a picture if it for years, and today resorted to holding up my phone and hoping for the best.
I read that a Harrisburg man first erected it in the middle of the night in 1986. The original was damaged by wind in 1992, and was replaced with the one that stands today.
I am grateful to this man I will never meet - whatever his intentions, the world would be a lot less colorful without people like him in it.
