Gin infused fruit tarts

I tried one of them tonight, they're so tiny, barely more than a single dainty bite. Here it is next to its big brother, a totally sober fruit tart, There is the merest taste of gin but it's so slight you'd need to eat a whole box or two and still wouldn't be remotely close to being bladdered. And without stating the bleeding obvious, lime and tonic water are not required.

Ah well...
