Half full or half empty

Please forgive this awful blip.  But to be very honest with you, I don't have the motivation for much more than looking into my tea mug.  

I think I have been overdoing it a bit these days because my pain level shot off the tracks today.  As I type this, I am doing so right-handed (I'm left-handed).  

So, I am going to leave this as it is tonight.  

But before I go, thank you so much for your kind comments and words.  I confess I haven't been very good at commenting lately.  I hope to be getting back into the swing of things soon, but right now, I think I need some ibuprofen, ice and bed.
