...suggested I squeeze the ongoing generous crop of limes that have been ripening on our trees these last weeks and freeze the juice in muffin or pattie pans. I used minis and the standard size too and have half a dozen containers full. The fresh fruit tends not to last as long as say, oranges, in the fruit bowl and begin to go mouldy, so it's been a successful preservation of this tasty juice.
