Archival Photographs #2

Following on yesterday's blip post, some further photographs included in this collage.
Three of the pics reflect the southern African connection of the family:
Top centre: the gentleman on the left is in the uniform of the South African police at the time.
Bottom left: The father of our late friend, served in the 2nd Regiment of the Rhodesian forces in German East Africa during WW1.
Bottom right; The cap badge of the uniformed gentleman is of a South African unit also from WW1.

It is hoped that we will be able to contact of the South African parts of the family, who I am aware were living in Pietermaritzburg, Natal a few years ago. Trusting that they will be interested in this valuable collection of family history.
