The Bruce

Drove my wife to her work this morning at Stirling Castle and thought that the bruce was standing proud and being awash with the warm light from the early morning sun, against the saltire blue of the sky.
The bruce statue stands high on the esplanade of Stirling Castle. The sand stone is actually looking a bit worse for wear-needs a make over.
