Break in the pattern

Mainly grey day but not as much rain as expected.

A bad night and late breakfast!  Went to see the nurse this morning and my blood pressure was good and now just have a scar on my head, yippee!  Went food shopping, had lunch and then had a quick walk, did some more of my jigsaw and took this blip from the lounge window, not sure it really fits but ...  Have a headache so early night to make up for lack of sleep!
