Pet Day

Very bright warm day in the middle of winter. My dad said in Ireland years ago days like this were called 'pet days'. The blip is of John & Rose admiring the snowdrops and crocuses at Fletcher Moss.

John made a roast chicken dinner and Mum & Dad came over. I'm sailing very close to the wind with my Lent 'no cake or biscuits'. I had a portion of Tarte au Citron as it's 'not cake'...I thought my argument was further strengthened as it was 'part of a meal'.
