Movement in the forest this autumn
Another day when we completed our morning walk before the rain started. Fortunately if brightened a little this afternoon and we enjoyed the autumn colours around a local reservoir after we had dropped the UPP Portfolio off with Peter. He has been experimenting with ICM recently so I thought I would try by luck, hence my main photo today. The soft reflection of the far side of the reservoir also caught my eye, so is my extra for today.
After the walk this morning Bill and I cobbled together an arrangement of 'When I'm 64', to play for Rod's 64th birthday tomorrow, using arrangements for a saxophone quartet and a clarinet orchestra. We had to settle for fewer harmonies with just the two of us. Little time for much else, other catching up with some cleaning and a few scales on the saxophone.
