It was a beautiful day, and as the forecast for the weekend is quite bad, we decided to have a wee drive.  So many nice photos taken, but I loved the light in this...... some trees still have leaves, but these were in winter mode, although the sun and the blue sky showed them up a treat.

We took a snack with us and enjoyed it before coming home, and I even managed a wee bit of shopping.

Saw some wild swimmers too, see the extra.....
