Rules

First day of confinement. We got off to a good start, duly filling in our forms for our up to 1 hour, up to 1 kilometre from home daily walk. On the way back we spotted S trimming her hedge and had to stop to talk to her as we haven't seen her or R for ages. So we duly went over our witching hour by about 40 minutes ... luckily we were only a couple of hundred metres from home and there were no gendarmes around.

It was a lovely warm day. In the morning I baked another fine sourdough loaf and also made my Christmas cake, which is now imbibed in brandy and wrapped in foil. Soon it will be time for this week's second Zoom apero -- cheers!
