Exciting

If you are in the younger age group in the house, the excitement was having two workman in the kitchen all day fitting some new windows, if in the older age group, its the excitement of having some new windows, which look fantastic and are super pleased. 

I did get the boys out for a trip to Stamford Market.  The eldest raided his 'owl jar and took some money, we found a plant to buy (he found a plant to buy) and we agrees that maybe it is time for pocket money (gulp, these things seem to happen so fast). It was weirdly quite a moment. 

Today I'm grateful for
New windows! Time to start saving for the rest....
The eldest ensuring he had some money and wanting to be grown up 
Really considerate workmen who had little shadow for most of the day - and hoovered up after themselves!
