Along with a now-familiar sign asking you to use the hand sanitiser. It seems that the shop had stopped serving drinks in tumblers brought by some customers. 

As for the sign on your right, it has some polite cautions written in Japanese only: if you have allergies please refrain from using the sanitiser; parents should watch their children use the sanitiser; be careful not to put it in your eyes.
