Warmth on the Terrace

A few people have said we are destroying the environment with our terrace heater, well we don’t have a car any more and I haven’t flown anywhere since February so we’re not doing too badly…

Have felt incredibly tired and not very well at all today but have struggled on, going to the shops and tidying and doing light housework et cetera also trying to do my new physio exercises, by the evening I was in a lot of pain and had to lie on the floor on a hot water bottle, it’s very difficult getting the amount of exercise his right and building them up slowly.

Erin came over and we had delicious pre-lentil salad with salmon and we watched Beetlejuice.
