The red carpet

Our beautiful Acer tree has been showing glorious red colours this autumn. However this weekend has started with heavy rain and winds. We were watching as the leaves started to drop in droves!.  Our drive became carpeted. They look great but can block drains, so in between the rain, we popped out to gather some of the leaves. This blip shows Aliscotia in action!
