Seven hours of intense salsa training, from ultra basics to rumba, mambo, rotations, spins, arms up, arms down, arms somewhere in the middle, dancing with each other, dancing with everyone else.

The intense salsa day was a 40th birthday present from Jon, Anne, Sarah and Richard - thanks to all of you, it was great fun!
