Halloween

I liked this display in one of the local shop's window, I wonder if the witch will still be there tonight! Spoke to my son in Oz and granddaughter is home this morning, seemingly alright....he has a lot to worry about at the moment with one thing and another, but he and his daughters are very close and they are all supportive of one another.
Despite the constant threat of a lockdown I have booked a cottage in Portland, Dorset, for New Year, I really need something to look forward to. Dealt directly with the owner who has guaranteed a full refund if that happens. It has views over Portland, Weymouth harbour and the start of the Chesil beach, wide open sky and the sea, I can't wait.
