Notes: Beautiful cool dry day - almost chilly! Did stuff inside in the morning and then had amazing call with Lauren from Christie Marie Sheldon's team. She helped me clear some blocks in my head that have been giving me headaches and then the knees - for all the years of taking on not bending to be my true self, staying rigid to please others, to survive, in attempt to be loved. Outside a bit and out later for sunset. Saw this little frog right near my door on the way back in.
