Spooktastic

I have discovered podcasts and am immersing myself in a big way. Today was Chris Evans with Caitlin Moran then Rod Stewart, Emma Thompson then Philip Schofield. A wonderful distraction from the awful weather and even more awful news. Alf met a friend in town for lunch and a few drinks; his first proper ‘session’ without us. He’s gone straight to Alices, hopefully to sober up.
We’ve just had the news conference from Bojo announcing another lockdown. Can’t say it was unexpected.
At least we still have Strictly and wine.
