Seedhead

A very wet and windy start to the day.  It had eased by lunchtime but I had various chores to do and so stayed indoors.  I did pop out into the garden for todays blip of a bedraggled Agapanthus seedhead.

There had been news alerts that we were likely to be going into a lockdown soon and early in the evening the prime minister announced that was likely to be the case, starting from Thursday for a month.  It had to be agreed by parliament but would be for a month with a review before the end.  A pity the advice of starting this earlier while the schools were on holiday wasn't heeded, it seems the schools, colleges and universities will remain open during lockdown.
