Chop, chop, chop......

.....to make ice cream? His hands were moving so quickly! 
This was new to me that’s for sure! This chap with the super fast hands was chopping mini oreos, then pouring cream over the top on the shiny round disc which must have been below freezing. He then scraped, chopped and rolled, producing a $7:50 ice cream roll. Needless to say I went without an ice cream! I admit to an empanada purely for old times sake as we lived in South America for three years. It was ok. Venezuelan. Not Argentine. ;-) But who am I to judge?
