From Beacon Crag

A week ago we booked a few days away in Cornwall. We've not been away from home all year and we both had a longing to see some sea. 

We watched with trepidation Boris' update yesterday but luckily we're returning home the day before lockdown starts in England. So we're here for careful, distanced, wild walks. 

A long drive down, we finally made it at 4pm and had a quick walk on the coastal path before the light was gone. The wind is a bit wild but in temperature terms it is actually quite mild. The waves were pretty spectacular however.
