Southsea pier

Popped down to Portsmouth today and the weather was fantastic so we went for a stroll along the seafront. There were hundreds of people about!
I saw recently that this pier was up for sale for a ridiculously low price ( I think £12700 but I may be wrong!) Apparently it needs more than £2 million spending on it but for a while I was dreaming about how wonderful it would be to own a pier. Looking closely at it, it really is falling apart with chunks of masonary and ironwork falling off it.
I do hope someone buys it and brings it back to its former glory.
