over the mountains

birds are swooping - past the moon - to welcome this 1st day - of another new month - time is slowing down - for no one in what has - turned out to be - a most bizarre, complex - stressful and worrisome year - for most of us - yet the days keep clicking by - the sun rises and sets - as does the moon

i have never really - gotten a good photo - of the moon - it’s clearly not my forte - but i saw this - scene over the mountains - and it called to me - so who was i to - ignore it - we must rise to - the occasion when it pulls us -
regardless of whether we - believe something is good or not - just do it - because it’s in the doing - that we learn - where we’re stretched - where the gold is refined - and the beauty is - allowed to be drawn out - and in this knowing - that is where we must find - our satisfaction and delight - it’s all a process which - in the end leads us to...
