Treat for the nurses

I have my monthly medical treatments tomorrow so I made a pineapple cherry upside down cake (also called a dump cake). It is in a throw away pan to make it easy. I always bring them a treat on my first day. The nurses are amazing.

Only had 10 kids for Halloween so plenty of candy left over. I "accidentally" got candy we love so I guess I will suffer from a sugar high for a while.
