Not Your Average Man... or Dog

Who says a man can't multitask? 

Here's Phil talking on his iPhone to his sister in Wales, while playing with Hamish, who had jumped up on the sofa just as the conversation began. Hamish was in a mischievous mood and pretended to eat Phil's free hand (3rd extra), but managed to calm down a bit after a while (1st extra). 

The frosting on the proverbial cake was that Hamish then settled himself on the floor and proceeded to pose for me to take a series of "nice quiet dog" portraits (2nd extra). 

We'd had a tough time with him barking in the wee hours last night for quite a while, only being quiet if one of us was sitting in the kitchen with him (his crate/pen is there)... I think this Hamish-led photo shoot was his way of getting back into our good graces!
