Love Big , Live Bold

God is too wise to be mistaken
God is too good to be unkind
So when you don't understand
When you don't see His plan
When you can't trace His hand, trust His heart.... These reassuring words were the refrain for the beautiful song Tammy shared with us in the traditional music service, masterfully  accompanied by her son-in-law on  guitar.  I had never heard it done that way and it was such a wonderful collaboration, a very special blessing!  In the joint portion of our service the ministerial staff, all shared the pulpit and each one encouraged us in a different aspect of our church's life and future now that our senior pastor has retired.  We are in the process of seeking God's will and God's man to be our senior pastor for the next stage in the life of our church, but while we do that, the daily life of the church body must go on, so the ministers spoke to use about continuing to reach out to our community through our spiritual gifts, our financial support and our prayers as we "Love Big, Live Bold" in ministry to our world!  Thank you Mike, McGinty, Daniel, Matt and John for your timely words this morning!                                                                                                                .
