Squash

Went to play squash at a decently early time for me today, it was beautiful outside.. the sun was warm, the air was chilled and I spent most of the day either outside or sitting in sunshine which improved my mood no-end.

I'm still being brought down on a night though, it's like all the demons come out in the darkness to get me and feed my paranoia. I hate it so much.
My left arm is also strapped together 'cause of tendonitis.. it's so sore, luckily I'm one of the majority in being right-handed so it shouldn't be too inconvenient. It just hurts to open jars, wash up and brush my hair now.
