It's back....

the amaryllis...and the internet! We've been without internet all day up until about 1/2 hour ago! so i'll be quick, just in case!

Snowed all night long, so we woke to about another 8" of the bloody white stuff....then we had freezing rain, and then just plain old rain....ALL DAY!

So apart from having to prepare a cabin for someone coming in today, we've both been wandering around doing various other things. The good (or maybe not so good) thing is that i got to spend about 2 hours off and on, reading my book....Sweet Tooth by Ian McEwan.....and got to that part near the end where you know you want to slow down, savor it...have a few pages to read in bed tonight...but no.....gripped by the thrill of the ending...i ate it up! mmmmm, it was very good indeed! but now i don't have a good book to take to bed!
