Kestral in a high wind

Today we went for a walk while it was sunny and went down to the beach but it was high tide. It was also blowing a gale but this kestral was persistent in trying to stake out its prey despite the wind. I had a job to actually stand still against the wind whilst I was taking this! I have cropped the photo quite a bit.
