A Design For Life

I'm a frequent visitor to Mitchell Lane, where you'll find The Lighthouse Centre for Design and Architecture, unfortunately it's been closed since March, hence the lane is deserted. I can spend a morning quite easily at an exhibition, followed by lunch at The Doocot, it's a tough job but someone's got to do it.

My album of the day is "Frank" by Amy Winehouse. A fantastic debut album from a 19 year old with smoky pipes and a serious appreciation of female jazz and soul heroes. Songs about failed relationships and infidelity, the overwhelming message when I hear AW is don't do drugs.
