Circles and curves up at the viewpoint...

...and a killer view despite the wind and the rain!
I could barely keep my  balance never mind point and shoot, so it was a case of waiting for a lull and hoping for the best ;) While I was there a man arrived on his road bike and dived for shelter in the circle formed by the stone walls. The central circular plinth is an orientation map - you can see as far as the Yorkshire Dales on a clear day - which today it wasn't...
